Mikuniya Ryokan is a 3-minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station, the main entrance to Kinosaki.
It is located on Station Street, lined with souvenir shops.
The nearest outdoor bath, Jizo-yu, is a 2-minute walk away, Sato-no-yu is a 3-minute walk away,
The farthest bath, Ko-no-yu, is only a 15-minute walk away, making it very convenient for the popular "open-air bath tour."
Access to Kinosaki Onsen
  • By plane
    Go to Tajima Airport via Itami Airport. From Tajima Airport, it is a 20-minute bus ride.
  • ●From Osaka

    Train: Take the Kitakinki Express to Kinosaki Onsen Station, then a short walk

    By car: Chugoku Expressway → Wakasa-Maizuru Expressway → Kitakinki Toyooka Expressway "Tajima Airport IC" about 25 minutes.

  • ●From Kyoto

    Train: Take the Kinosaki Express to Kinosaki Onsen Station, then a short walk

    By car: Kyoto Jukan Expressway → Sanin Kinki Expressway, end point of Kyotango Omiya IC. After getting off the expressway, take the general road (via National Route 312) for about 1 hour.

The parking lot is shared with the main building, Mikuniya Ryokan. Upon arrival, our staff will guide you to the parking lot, so please ask at the front desk.
The parking lot is available for overnight guests until 11:00. Parking after 11:00 will incur an additional fee.
Please note that we charge 500 yen per hour.
The parking lot is for overnight guests only. Those using the related facilities (restaurants and cafes) cannot use it.
